When is enough more than enough? The murder of Renee Nicole Good by ICE agents in Minnesota is infuriating. DJT and his cabal of assassins are out of control. It is up to us to show the world that there are Americans who have morals and a conscience.
There will be protests this weekend. I encourage you to check Indivisible, community groups, political and/or resistance groups you know of. As of 11:30p.m. Thursday night, I haven’t found any specific information about planned protests.
If you protest. . .
With out of control agents fully equipped with tactical gear and deadly ammunition, it can be a dangerous situation.
Show your fury with a sign, a chant and/or your presence. Nothing else.
Remove yourself from any location tracking apps on your phone.
Wear a Covid mask; use sunglasses; bundle your hair up in a hat.
Take water and a snack.
Wear plain, inconspicuous clothes.
Cover your tattoos and/or arms if you live in a warm area of the U.S.
Go with a buddy. Large groups can be hard to keep track of.
Stay alert. Breathe slowly and deeply to calm any nerves. If you see aggressive protesters, leave.

He arranged the piece for orchestra a decade later. A pavane is a slow, processional court dance. Ravel chose the title because he liked the sound of it.
