Tomorrow is a day when we can honor those who have earned, or will earn, a respected place in history. These are people who were compassionate humanitarians first, leaders second, and role models for Americans. Obviously, I am not referring to DT. If you need suggestions for alternatives to watching the inauguration here are some ideas on how to renew hope, and regain strength to survive what is coming.

Most importantly, do something that will fulfill you. For me that is music and writing. I will be practicing a French Suite by J.S. Bach. Bach soothes me.
